We were very satisfied and impressed with the hotel celanliness and friendlyness of the staff. The room was spacefull, clean and very well equiped with refrigerator, microwave, security box, coffee maker, HBO, internet.. the hole 9 yards. Great Value!! will definetly come back next year or sooner.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn North Altamonte Springs.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

37 year old woman with a economy budget, traveling for business

They overcharged us by more than $300.00. They agreed several times in person, over the phone, and by fax to return the money, but they never credited our credit card. They also lied to American Express when I contacted them. Do not stay here or they will steal from you too.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Inn North Altamonte Springs.
I would not recommend it to friends.

It included everything I needed, but it was too far away from the amusement parks.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn North Altamonte Springs.
