The hotel has a good location. It is close to the falls and other area attractions. The beds are a little uncomfortable, but they have good size rooms.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn Niagara Falls.

Costmer service did not exist, when asked questions it took everything in them to reply, but not even polite when they did, and we were their to tour. A big banner at street advertising for free hotel shuttles to casino, and when asked they replyed ...

Stayed in 114 & 115, close to office. Bumping noises from 2nd floor / stairs late nite and early morn... quiet otherwise. Wireless Internet signal unreliable but fast. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Web said only "smoking" available - rooms ...
74 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I would not recommend this property for anyone with trouble walking. They have only three handicap parking spots on site for 200 rooms. The other handicap spots are in a parking garage two blocks away.
The staff seemed quite inexperienced and our stay was less than enjoyable.

Horrible
The rooms were not clean, the toilet paper was not replenished, the room was left unlocked by the cleaning staff who showed up 20 mins. after we arrived back to the room, the towels were hard and dirty, hair balls around the deck of the pool, room...
