I stayed the night on August 16, 2008 and while there with my wife and two small children, we saw the manager, Mark, and one of the desk clerks fighting with some people that I assumer were customers. I actually witnessed the desk clerk grab a nice ...
The people that work there are not very nice. The service sucks. From the very beginning When we called to book a room they were very rude. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Why stay in a hotel with rude service?
49 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was baited a rate of $89.99 a night for the upcoming Christmas Festival, November 30-December 1st. It was switched to $159.99/ $179.18 with tax. I booked the room on June 15, 2007. The general manager of the hotel sent me a letter as late as October. Below is a portion of that letter dated October 19, 2007.
I regret to inform you that the reservations you made at our hotel on June 15, 2007 was made in error. Our rate for the Christmas Festival weekend is 159.99 358.38 for a 2 night stay. Therefore we cannot honor the rate quoted to you at 89.99 a night. Please accept our sincere apologies for this misunderstanding. If you would still like to stay with with us that weekend please fill out the enclosed contract and send it back to us. Once we get the contract back from you signed, if you decide to cancel we cannot refund your money, We hope you will keep your reservations with us and again I apologize for the mix up.
