42 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
I stay here often on business. The value and service are superb! The staff is always friendly and accomodating. It is a very clean, comfortable place to stay. They fit my business budget and are well located to everything Murfreesboro has to offer. I have stayed at other hotels in Murfreesboro, but seem to gravitate back here because of the value and service. I would and have recommended this hotel to friends and business associates traveling in the area. Some have chose to stay here with the same results I have experienced.

The front desk staff and management were extremely rude and disrespectful. The room was not as promised.
My husband had to sleep on a sofa when we reserved a king suite! The room was filthy and then to add insult to injury, they increased the rate we were quoted when we checked out.
The management told us that the staff was not authorized to quote the rate we were given! Our treatment was shockingly disrespectful.

We were a walk-in reservation, very accomodating clerk-Curby. Room was clean & comfortable. Pool a bit small. Breakfast was plentiful -waffles would be a nice addition.
