The building from outside was clean and freshly painted.

The rooms had new carpet, a bed that was somewhat comfortable, a new floor in the bathroom, it was paint stained and quite small. The bath drain did not work. In order to take a bath, I had to keep my foot over the drain. The heater/air conditioner was very loud. The walls were very thin, make sure you don't stay in a downstairs unit. The breakfast area was very cramp and small. The breakfast consisted of cereal, and Costco muffins cut in fourths.

If you plan coming back late from a movie or a late night function be prepared to park in the street. There are only two carport places, and they were filled with old mattresses. We were not very happy with our stay. We will not be coming back. It’s in an okay location, but overpriced for lack of quality.
