60 year old male with a economy budget, traveling for leisure
Where the Quality is missing. Everything about this place is below average. Breakfast was a joke and the aircon was very noisy so we had to turn it off and sweltered in the heat. The desk "manager", on the day we left was totally unhelpful on checking out - wouldn't call a cab for us or even give me a phone number. Where I come from, this is something staff would ask if I wanted. Can't believe this place is part of the Quality Inn chain.

It took over two weeks for customer service to return my call regarding an inquiry about my stay. By the time they gave me the needed information, it was no longer pertinent.

The hotel was hard to find, the toilet was clogged up, the air-conditioner was broken, and the wi-fi didn't work in the rooms -- only in the lobby. It was a sub-par hotel, not what I expected from a Best Western.
