Quality Inn Marianna Hotel

The front desk clerk was inattentive (on phone to friends) when we were trying to check in.

When we asked for a handicapped room, she said she "didn't know if the room was or not, she never was inside that room". After getting out of the shower, I found a live roach crawling on the microwave. The carpet was dirty, the wallpaper peeling off in several areas of the room, two lights didn't work at all, and it was very noisy.

The positive: One very friendly housekeeper in the morning, that's about all the positives.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in the past and have always had a good experience, but we will never stay here again!
