male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I had booked a reservation over a month in advance at this hotel, and arrived at 4:15 in the afternoon with most of the rooms still vacant. and upon checking the room, found we had been given a handicapped room with no sink counter in the bathroom and with very sparse furnishings to facilitate access for handicapped customers. We requested a different room, and the desk clerk flatly refused to make a change. On the plus side, the room was clean but we did not request or require a handicapped room and as early as we got in, should have been able to get a different room. Very poor customer service on the part of the clerk.
We have stayed here numerous times as our daughter has attended UNK. Have never been disappointed. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. This is our first choice for staying in Kearney.

the place was very dirty and had looked like it was never cleaned and the sheets were dirty and like i said the holiday inn is much better than when is tayed at your...
This hotel is just far enough away from I-80 that you can't hear the traffic, but still close. I use Kearney as a stop over when I drive to Colorado and this location is perfect. Finding a hotel with nice rooms at a reasonable price is getting...

Excellent
I liked our Jacuzzi room. The front desk staff were awesome! Everything was clean and pleasant. I'll definitely stay here next time we have to travel through Kearney. The breakfast wasn't bad either.
