The room we stayed was clean. Front desk staff was friendly. Free continental breakfast (Muffins, milk, cereal, apples, bananas, toast, bagels, yogurt) was so-so. It will be better if they have something hot such as scramble eggs or waffles.

From the staff, to the room, to the chain itself - BEWARE!! Hotel claims 100% satisfaction guarantee, but will not deliver more than 50%. The staff is rude and unhelpful, and the non-smoking rooms are not really non-smoking. Clouds of smoke billowed through the walls and the staff offered a fan and a masking spray as solution to the problem. If the whole town hadn't been booked I would have left. But with nowhere to go, but the car, we turned the dive of a room into a windtunnel and choked on the smoke all night. Signs everywhere tout a '100% satisfaction guarantee', but the staff cannot count to 100 so they do not stand behind this supposed guarantee. The chain headquarters could offer no explanation for rude, inhospitable staff, or their complete and utter failure to stand behind their promises. BEWARE!! DO NOT STAY AT THIS EXCUSE FOR A HOTEL!!!!
