Good
The staff was very polite, professional and kind. The room smelled really weird, and the lamp was broke. It's not a classy hotel or a glamorous hotel, it's a comfortable place to lay your head for the night and they do a really great job at that. The ...

The air conditioning.Everything else. The hotel was in a bad neighborhood and very hard to find. The lobby had water buckets set all around in order to catch the water from the leaking roofs. It was very low class and not worth the money.

Horrible
This hotel was off the beaten path and not to clean. The room looked like it just was painted and to get to the lobby you had to walk past the smokers, standing outsude.

Excellent
It was clean, quiet and convenient to where we wanted to go.The pool was not in working order. This hotel was easy to find, convenient to the Inner Harbor and close to restaurants. Very clean and attractively furnished. We had a nice stay here.

50 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here for a family vacation. My kids were afraid to sleep because there was bed bugs and even roaches. There were also rat holes in walls. My family and I had to leave to get a good nights sleep. I would not recommend this hotel to any of friends.

I was a little confused with the directions to get there from my location in Baltimore, but the staff was very helpful when I called them. Other than that, all was good. The hotel restaurant was a little pricy though, with no real kids menu.
They acknowledged my presence and my sons and made us feel welcome.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Harbor South.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
