I stayed for a night with my wife and 2 kids. Staff was friendly and prompt. Room was spacious and well maintained. Free breakfast and free wireless internet. Less than 10 minutes from Mystic. No luxuary but very good value for casual trip.
I have never experienced service and rudeness ever before. Our toilet over-flowed the staff was very rude and could not help at all with any questions or problems we had. There was never a manager around. The breakfast was an absolute joke! NEVER...

Breakfast selection was nice. Items where refilled as needed. Friendly staff. Room ws clean. A nice place to crash & burn after a long day out. Pool could have been warmer. More CLEAN towels needed at poolside. I had to ask both times for towels....
The staff was pleasant enough but the hotel itself was awful.WAY OVER PRICED,Dirty dirty dirty.Had there been another place to stay that evening I would have been gone.Bathroom Ceiling paint chipped & peeling falling to the floor.Cigarette burns ...

Horrible
Stayed here for one night and that was too long..... Spider webs on the corner of the room, the bed was not made properly, and the room was musty and dingy...
I just wanted to spend some time with my husband and we booked this place for one night as we went to see a concert. The room was dingy, there were spider webs on the corner of the room, the bed was not made properly, and the staff were not all that ...
Been here and thought it was fantastic. The staff could not have been nicer. They made me feel like I was at home and attended to my every need. You don't expect that from a moderately priced joint, but I got it. I will definitely come back.

The location was good for me. The room was a little shabby and the wallpaper border was peeling off the walls. The furniture was showing wear and tear.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn Groton.
I might recommend it to friends.
