49 year old woman with a luxury budget

They overcharged our card and when we checked out the person at the front desk didn't speak very good English and didn't know how to fix the card. He promised he would have the boss fix it. When we got our credit card bill, it had been overcharged.

I am not likely to return to the Quality Inn Gillette.
I would not recommend it to friends.
