The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was quite large. The pool and hot tub needed better cleaning and there were no pool towels available. We had to get them from the front desk, but nowhere does it tell you this. The food...

This property needs help with employee training. Our room was not cleaned very good and when we asked to move the Front Dest gave us a hard time and stated that the room was clean. It seemed that we were the only one staying there. I would stay...
58 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
I was given a second floor room with no elevator. The hauling of several and heavy luggage was difficult. The king bed was quite large. The fan was somewhat noisy. The bathroom was small. One soft-armed chair in my room would have been nice.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn Gaylord.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel argued with me over the rate I had been given for my reservation. The hotel is old with peeling or torn wallpaper. The room had mildew on the shower curtain. The advertised free breakfast was restricted to minimal choices, hardly enough ...

This property's guestrooms were not very good old furniture and Tub was dirty. Food at Rest. was cold when it came to the table. Swimming Pool was nice but very cold.

Not a bad hotel. Room was clean/quiet and staff was nice and efficient. The attached restaurant is kind of beat up and the decor of the place is ugly. If you're looking for a quick and easy place to stay this isn't a terrible deal and it's right...
