Excellent
Wonderfully friendly and helpful staff.Ants in the room that kept coming back after they sprayed. The only thing that marred our experience at the Quality Inn of Fresno was the ants in our room. The staff was wonderfully friendly and helpful. They...
Large pool.No place to sit for

Good
Large pool.No place to sit for continental breakfast. Other than a large pool, the hotel was older and adequate, but not anything memorable for the price. Did not eat in the restaurant.

The wall plaque at the check in counter displays the owner's promise to make every guest satisfied......guaranteed. NOT so. This same owner is negligent and irresponsible. We were without internet capabilities for FIVE DAYS. We needed it to search for area apartments and to pay bills while away, so it was as much a business trip as it was leisure. When the internet IS up and running, you're lucky to get a modem box that works. One electrical outlet in our room was dangling by the wires, without a cover plate. I needed that plug for my CPAP breathing machine. They don't offer a breakfast buffet like most all the other Choice Hotel properties. Although, when we checked out, the man at the desk asked us if we wanted to stay a while for the breakfast. ??? Would have been nice to let us know about it BEFORE check out time. I have tried to contact the owner, Jaclyn Suh, countless times. She has not made any attempt to respond to me. I have notified the BBB Fresno, the Chamber of Commerce, the Fresno Fire Department and Choice Hotels West regional headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona about my reasonable request for a room rate adjustment for those five days. Instead of handling her business in a professional and decent manner, she's chosen to ignore me completely. She leaves me no choice but to make as many travelers aware of this bad place to stay as possible. My next contacts will be major schools and universities in the southern California area that might, otherwise, book this hotel for field trips and sporting events. I promised her I would NOT go away and unlike her, I DO keep my promises.

Mediocre
This hotel was a basic, clean, well furnished room. Nothing fancy but good enough for a short stay or a person on a budget. Nice pool area. The bathrooms are small but functional. Great air conditioner. There was noise from loud patrons out on the...

I agree with what another reviewer wrote regarding there visit in Oct 06. This is a motel, two floors with stairs. The grounds on the inside of the motel are excellent.
I only wish they would invest in carpeting and beds. The rooms are dated at best. If you need Internet access, be sure to ask when you check in because you will need a motel-supplied Internet Bridge that you will sign out for at the front desk. You would think that they might ask when you check-in, but no.
The problem with Choice Brand hotels is they lack franchisee standards for room quality. I would not recommend this hotel.

Horrible
"This is a 1-star motel. TV remotes scotch-taped together, non-functional showers (Almost no water comes out the shower head), body fluids staining the carpets, leaky bath tubs and working girls in the room next door. Pass this one up...
