I called to get directions to the hotel, the staff was very helpful getting me to there. It really wasn't that difficult- as I thought. I was greeted at check-in in by two very nice people, a young lady and a guy. It was quick and smooth. I stayed for several days while visiting my family. The food was good, and a big breakfast bar. The staff was was very knowledgeable about the area. They worked hard to meet my requests and make me happy.

All things were fine at the hotel, it was just that the telephone message light remained lit during our entire stay and they were unable to fix it even after replacing the entire phone.
We received a warm friendly smile and were greeted by several different people.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Frederick.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a very nicely situated hotel. It was convenient to the freeway, with lovely grass area that my room opened into. It was close to good restaurants. They allowed my dog to stay with me!

I love the building. It was nicely laid out and easy to find everything. The accommodations were nice for the price and you got to use a pool and weight room. By the looks of it the weight room had very nice equipment. The only down side to the hotel was the location. It was too far out of the way for what I really needed.
The staff was very friendly. And even though I arrived early the hotel staff had no problems making sure I would be able to check in early and go to my room.
