nonsmoking room smelled so bad from smoke couldn't stand it. phone didn't work,ice machine broke,breakfast cold and allmost out of everything, out of coffiee in morning, noisy etc. etc. Stayed in motels from wisc. to fla. worst of all.

Okay
Not what one would expect from a Holiday Inn. We expected better for what we were being (over)charged. When choosing where to book a hotel in the Louisville area we relied upon the good name of the Holiday Inn. Bad mistake.
