Aging facility that has been cosmetically renovated but has serious issues with all of the mechanical systems. The water temp. in the shower would swing wildly from hot to cold and back again without warning. The room was humid and smelled of mold....

Nothing.Mold on shower curtain hair in tub drain. This hotel was disgusting. It was the most expensive of my trip in CA and the quality of the room was terrible. There was mold on the shower curtain, hair in the drain and the iron board was not...
I'd like to start by saying the staff is VERY friendly. They will bend over backwards to assisit patrons at this hotel. The rooms were clean and housekeeping came everyday, like clockwork, changed the sheets, cleaned the room, replaced towels ect...
We asked for a non smoking room. It smelled like smoke someone had put a shower cap over the smoke detecter so any one can figure that out. When we complain they ack like they could care in the least, did not offer to make it right. The tolet ran...

Close to where I needed to be for business.Parking spaces too small, slight mold on bathroom wall. Although hotel rooms look similar, this one had a comfortable bed, nice sheets, dark curtains on windows but there weren't any decent restaurants...
The super friendly staff let us check in at just about noon. The room was very, very clean and large. The jacuzzi was also extraordinarily clean. Walking distance to Old Town shops and attractions as well as to the bay. We would definately stay here ...

The hard boiled eggs were peeled.Old, needs redecorating badly, had a smoking room, shabby. It was called a Quality Inn. I guess it has a quality, but was really not nearly as nice as we expected. Hotel staff was friendly and courteous.
