The hotel had a good location near a store and a pharmacy. It was near the freeway. I was content with the comfortable room.

This hotel made me feel respected: They were pleasant at check in, check out and whenever we had interactions with them. Their staff was friendly and helpful.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn East Knoxville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

37 year old female with a economy budget, traveling for leisure

It was a very nice hotel in a very quiet location off of the highway. I kept looking for the road signs that pointed to the first Holiday Inn hotel to stay in because I have always have very good luck with them.

This hotel made me feel pampered: I was leaving the east coast traveling back to the south and during my travels had run out of toiletries, the hotel staff promptly gave me some upon request. The room was very secure and comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn East Knoxville.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
