Quality Inn Downtown Albuquerque Hotel

Due to weather, this was an emergency stop. It was a nice hotel with suitable rooms. The pool and hot tub were outside, but since there was eight inches of snow on the ground, I was not interested in using those facilities. The hotel had a nice breakfast room with many options which was great! Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay.

The area was too industrial. But it was a nice place to stay, close to where we needed to be.

It was a bit hard to find but service was very good. We were sent next door for breakfast, the motel's suggested plate.

One of our party was hospitalized during our stay, and we had to extend our reservation. The hotel was extremely helpful and accommodating during this time.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The front desk personnel were knowledgeable and helpful. The room was clean and well-furnished.

The hotel was in a very central location but the specific neighborhood is a bit rundown. While we were there, we were not able to use the wireless computer set-up, it was down. There was no restaurant in the hotel and only one within walking distance.
