I The staff is friendly ,the food great but we picked the inn because it was close to the hospital where our family member is, and it had a shuttle to the hospital. For more than a week the shuttle was Not running.
Worst hotel experience ever!

My opinion was a little above low. The room service by maids was late. There was a lot of outside noise from people late into the night. The room was comfortable enough and relaxed. It was just a little below average.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn Downtown 4th Avenue.
I would not recommend it to friends.

They were rude when asked about an extra pillow due to my having just had surgery - and they charged us for it. Needless to say, we will never stay at any of their locations again.

This inn is in a good location that is close to doctors offices. It's relatively clean. It's close to downtown Spokane, within easy walking distance to shopping.
