This place is the worst hotel we have EVER stayed in. I've stayed in hotels in third world countries that weren't this bad. It smells like a mixture of urine and vomit. The blankets are worn out and ratty looking. There were holes in the wall. Overall, just a dark, dank, nasty hotel. If you want to enjoy your stay in Gatlinburg, do not stay here.

We enjoyed the setting very much. The staff was very friendly and the location of the hotel was very handy for visiting attractions, shops and restaurants in town.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Creekside.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
