The motel is clean and comfortable enough, but the customer service is inadequate. It's positively dangerous that the wafflemaker doesn't have a warning against use by children, and there was no heat resistent implement for removing waffle. The person at the desk was perpetually on the phone and not available for help. I tried to submit a comment online and the web comment form didn't work with either browser I tried. I called customer service and was put on hold for longer than I felt like waiting. I'd rather stay at a cheaper place than one that purports to have nice features but isn't user-friendly.

I liked the location and the staff and the rooms were clean and well stocked. I did not like the fact that they did not have an elevator for people who had difficulty climbing stairs.

There was no hot water for a shower in some of the rooms before a convention/meeting that I had to go to. The staff would do nothing to help accommodate me, such as allowing me to use a room with hot water. The staff was lazy and rude.

This hotel is a great because it is truly full service. The pool is well maintained, the restaurant on premises is very good and convenient, the service great and the rooms were very, very clean. Also, although I didn't use the meeting room...

Facility was a bit older - but everything was fine. We were visiting friends nearby and basically just needed a decent place to sleep. We basically only used the room facilities.
