Just a quick note to inform you that we found our reservations for Fri. 5th and Sat. 6th to be very satisfactory. Friendly staff, clean facilities and room, and services excellent ie: continental breakfast, fitness room and free WIFI that worked.
The improvements that you have made since the Fairfield was there, were great. Only hitch was that we would have liked polyester pillows in place of down (feathers).
Looking forward to staying again on our next trip up to visit family in VT and NY.
Cheers,

Okay
Desk staff was not familiar with "best Buy" prepaid booking and almost recharged my card; otherwise they are friendly and helpful. The room was rather small for a double--no closet, had to get almost into the bathtub to close the bathroom door. ...

Excellent
Great location and a great price. Front desk service was great, no complaints there. Location is great. All the major ski resorts are near by and the airport is only a few minutes away. Rooms were nice and clean. Overall it was a great experience...

booked this through hotwire, was classed as 3 stars. the room was musty smelling, the air wouldn't shut off, we had to hook up the TV in order to watch it, and the pool was way to small AND cold! place was full so was stuck with that room. I normally don't get to worked up over a place to sleep, but this one was NOT 3 stars like I was lead to believe.

Good
My wife and I stayed here when it was a Fairview Inn...not much has changed. Our accommodations were fine for an overnight stay after visiting with friends in the area. Those requiring more than a clean room with adequate parking, restaurants...
I did not like the fact that we were in effect charged twice. We had held our reservation with a credit card but paid cash when we checked out . However the charge appeared on our credit card and they would not make it right. Beware! Oct...
I am pleased with the location and discount for medical appointments, but not happy because there no rooms with a shower for aged people and those with disabilities.
It's too hard to get in or out of a tub for them. Also, a coffee shop would be much nicer than just complimentary coffee, juice, and muffins.

It's in an Ideal location relative to the airport. The friendly staff packed a breakfast for us when they found out we would be leaving prior to the opening of the continental breakfast. The problem with Marriott Rewards paying for the room was resolved after two phone calls.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Colchester.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
