61 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn Civic Center.
I might recommend it to friends.

Horrible

When we checked in, there was mildew in the first 2 ground floor rooms. White fuzzy stuff in the carpet. Yuck!! Won't go...
