Forget the bad reviews. Good place to stay - not Trump Palace, but clean, comfortable and friendly. Price can't be beat. Walk to the beach is not far (6 blocks).

Door had obviously been kicked at at some point, probably during a SWAT team raid. There was NO weatherstrip on the door and a stiff breeze could be felt at all times. The bath tub drain was so slow that showers would have been limited to 30 seconds ...
