We had a confirmed reservation, and the hotel refused to honor it or offer to do anything to help the situation, claiming they did not even have the reservation, even when we showed them the printed confirmation. We called Customer Service, and they reiterated that it was a valid, confirmed reservation and that the hotel should have honored it. We stayed somewhere else. The hotel then charged us for the reservation they claimed not to have, even though Customer Service had assured us multiple times that we would not be charged. We still have not gotten our money back from the hotel.
