We had a confirmed reservation, and the hotel refused to honor it or offer to do anything to help the situation, claiming they did not even have the reservation, even when we showed them the printed confirmation. We called Customer Service, and they reiterated that it was a valid, confirmed reservation and that the hotel should have honored it. We stayed somewhere else. The hotel then charged us for the reservation they claimed not to have, even though Customer Service had assured us multiple times that we would not be charged. We still have not gotten our money back from the hotel.
When I arrived we had to wait in a line of 10 people, which took about 30 minutes because people were upset that the prices were different than what they were told. When it was finally my turn, they told me the same thing. My price had gone up $10...

Like most Choice Hotels brand facilities, this Quality Inn hotel was well located, properly operated and fairly priced. It was simply but comfortably furnished. Everything worked, just what I wanted.
