I like the way the room were set up.The location of the hotel. When we checked into our room, there were still people in the room! We went and got another room and it was nice for the time being. Hotel is on the ghetto side of town and really far...

35 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I liked the location close to the freeway. I liked the free wireless high-speed internet. I liked the staff, very friendly. I did not like the parking, it seemed crowded. I did not like the noise from the remodeling of the rooms.
Upon check in the older woman at the counter was very professional in answering all my questions and always referred to me as sir. I had to come back and ask for more information and she provided it.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn Burbank.
I might recommend it to friends.

Okay
Very nice staff, fridge and microwave in room.Hallways were grungy but room was clean. It was too close to the freeway with ugly views. They wouldn't give me a receipt when I checked out so I don't know what my final bill was.
TV had 5 channels, volume control didn't work on the TV. Bathrooms were so-so, the local area had nothing to offer. Hotel service was limited. Breakfast was in cramped 'closet' in the reception area. Food was okay.
