The continental breakfast really stunk. The hotel did not offer any healthy choices, such as fruit. The only options were high fat muffins.

My stay in town was an emergency stay, not planned. When I arrived, there were 3 motels close to the freeway that still had rooms available, and Comfort Inn was the cheapest. The staff was the least arrogant and rude - they were actually friendly.
I am not likely
to return to the Howard Johnson Binghamton.
I would not recommend it to friends.
