Guests must have a government issued photo ID (drivers license, military, or passport)unless accompanied by parent/guardian. Advance deposit: 250 due at time the reservation is made. No room will be guaranteed without an advance deposit. Cancellations: are charged 45 admin fee and will be refunded balance of advance deposit if made 14 days prior to arrival, all others forfeit adv dep. When all under 25 guests: a 250 security deposit is due at check-in. Guests will be provided a check list to protect their deposit and it is refundable in the same form as it was received at check-out.
