Stayed for a stopover, location was right off the freeway, plenty of eateries nearby. Staff was helpful in answering my questions. Room was nice and comfortable for the price. Free hot breakfast at the restaurant is a plus. Only thing I would complain about is the wifi was very slow (tried several times) and I finally gave up on it.

This trip was a business trip.
Stayed in hotel on 8/25. Hotel was dirty and room smelled. Only one night so it was that bad. Was supposed to stay at this hotel the very next week for 10 days but canceled (in person) due to the conditions. Thought it was kind of strange not to get a cancellation number but the girl behind the desk was punching away at the computer so I thought - "I am standing right here so I am confidant it is canceled"
Get home after a long trip and find out hotel still charged me a "no show" fee. Went back and forth with Amex and the hotel and the hotel is refusing to take it off.
Never stay here again. There are other hotels in Barstow to stay at. Go there instead.

Horrible
the room was ok, but it's a real ripoff. the front desk charged my credit card twice for one room, one night and don't want to refund it. don't stay here.

The location was excellent. The hotel desk staff was outstanding. The individually prepared hot breakfast was outstanding also. I plan on staying there again.

Friendly hotel staff, plenty of parking & convenient location.Room was way overpriced. Mattress too hard, small bathroom, dirty bathroom walls, long wait for included breakfast. This would be a great hotel for a leisure traveler or family with kids. ...

The service was perfect. The room lighting was broken, the bathroom looked like it was being remodeled. I was with a large party and the reservations got mixed up, I was billed twice, when I should have been completely refunded. However, all the mix ups were handled effectively by the hotel staff and I received all my money back.

OK, to start off positive, the staff were very nice and the breakfast was actually pretty good, but the room was awful. It smelled and it was ugly. I will NEVER stay hear again.....look elsewhere! get breakfast at McDonalds....

It had old beds and old furniture. My feet were black from walking on the carpet in my room. There was mildew in the bathtub, but the on-site bar was good.
