Awful

TERRIBLE!

21 year old woman with a moderate budget, traveling for business

We stayed for 2 nights before we had to leave! The room was ok, dirty and old, and my feet were black from the carpet instantly. The second night we were kept awake by a party and people RIGHT outside our door. The front desk were not very helpful, and they could barely understand us. Will never stay here again, not safe or clean!

It was a good location except it is very difficult to reach from I-7. The breakfast was adequate. The grounds were dirty.

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn Baltimore.
I might recommend it to friends.

The hotel was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

I am very likely to return to the Quality Inn Baltimore.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

There were cockroaches in the room itself and also in the bathroom - and not dead ones either!

I am somewhat likely to return to the Quality Inn Baltimore.
I might recommend it to friends.
