This hotel was a big disappointment. First of all the photo shows a beach front with docks and boats making you think it is located on the water, which it is not. The room air-conditioner leaked water on the carpet and there was mold on the leather easy chair and ottoman, also the bathroom door was covered with mold. There was a coffee maker, but no pot. Would not recommend this location as there are other well name hotels in the immediate area.

This hotel is undergoing an exciting multi-million dollar renovation and will reopen soon as the Inn at Town Center. It will be home to the Beaufort Area Visitors Center and convenient to all the reasons we visit Beaufort...great restaurants,...

Not clean at all and be sure to sign a checkout slip if you leave earlier then intended as they will charge you for the whole stay. I called to get receipt mailed to me only to find they had charged me for days I was not there. They asked why I was calling a month later and complaining about the charge? Like most people I had lots of other things on my mind....and realized finally I did not get a receipt from them yet. Would not refund a weeks charge because they didn't have a signed checkout slip! I called them when i left and let them know I did not need the room any longer. They never said i had to sign anything!

I asked for more twice, once at the counter, then I called to the desk. I had to use towels from the night before to dry off with. Room service did not clean our room either.
If your choosing an hotel in the area consider looking for another one. Customer service was adequate. Continential breakfast was great. The Exercise Room equipment was broken. Too high priced for what little you recieve. The room was ok.

Overall, the hotel looked beautiful from the outside. However, the inside just was not what I had expected for the price being paid. It was not awful, but the quality and the price did not match.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn At Town Center.
I would not recommend it to friends.
Like: rate was reasonable, service was fine, breakfast was more than I expected, location was great for our needs, hotel positioned so there was very limited street noise and lights

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with the prompt service of the maintenance staff at repairs. The motel is old, but the rooms are clean, and the sheets were clean. The location to the center of town and restaurants is great. When I booked this motel room, I was only looking for a place to lay my head after taking the sites and a Paris Island graduation. I got some good rest and a very nice hot shower.
I am very likely
to return to the Quality Inn At Town Center.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
