It was what I expected, a decent, not great hotel at a decent price.

The room was a dump. Dirty floor, bathroom, and bedding. Service--non-existent. My family needed to use the pull-out couch. No pillows or bedding were provided in the room. I requested these through room service. After 90 minutes and two more calls to the front desk, my wife and I had to go out and fetch the items ourselves. The high speed internet they promised must have left with the invisible man. Oh yeah, ninety percent of the staff looked like illegal aliens (to include a number of the guests, as well). The breakfast was sufficient, but didn't come close to making up for the shortcomings listed above.

The staff was one nice young woman who was left there alone after only working there 1 week. She was terrific. The lobby smelled very strongy of stale cigarette smoke. No manager was available. They allowed us to try three different rooms all we looked at had very heavy mold growing on the bathroom ceiling. While we were there, other tenants were complaining about different issues. Keys not working, etc. They have tried to remodel this property, however, it is only half done, even the bathtubs have missing enamel. We checked out and found a nearby clean quite hotel hotel for less than $70.00 a night (2 queen beds) that was terrific! If you like clean and non-stinky, don't stay here.
