Okay
The room was spacious.Dirty feeling to it, the rugs were stained. It is a great place to stay if you are traveling through or for a night. It needs maintenance cleaning and maybe a coat of paint and it would be more attractive.
54 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The young man at check in was very unfriendly. He did not greet us when we entered the lobby, we had to ask him if he could check us in. I could not read his writing and I had to ask the number of the room and then he started walking away and I had to ask him again. He pointed and said that at the end of the hotel. I did talk to the manager about the experience.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn Arcata.
I might recommend it to friends.

Cleanliness is good.Maintenance of room�s furnishings is lacking. The facility while clean is not worthy of its cost due to the aging and not maintaining of the rooms facilities. I.e. Lamps burned out (2) desk chair broken, bath room vanity spigot...
59 year old male with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel was easy to locate and had good access to the highway. The staff provided information for the surrounding area to visit. It has very friendly personnel.
