43 year old with a moderate budget, traveling for leisure
The hotel claims to have free airport shuttle, but refused to pick us up at the airport. Both the pool and hot tub were not working. The front desk staff was neither friendly or helpful. There were no restaurants close by to eat if you arrive late in the evening, and the staff is unwilling to help.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn & Suites Downtown.
I would not recommend it to friends.
