We stayed in this hotel for 8 hours. We checked in at 10pm and out by 7:15am and killed 10 roaches between 6:40 am and 7:15 am. Can you say nasty. I went up to the front counter and politely asked for a refund and she said the manager would be in at 3:00pm. We went back at 3 and the manager said, "I will credit your card $25.00" which was 1/4 of what we paid. She then assured us that they had called terminix and the issue was resolved and that that was the only room with problems. I hate to tell you but roaches do not just stay in one room. When we were leaving I saw a couple more bugs on the floor. I have never stayed in such a nasty place. She would not give me the owners number either, I wonder if they know about the bugs. I do not feel that the issue was resolved. Once I stayed in a different hotel and they asked how everything was, We told them it was great but to check out the mattress it was droopy in the center and they refunded almost the whole night rate. That is customer service.
