Customer Service awful at best. The laundry 'facilities' consist of an old washer and dryer in a dark, dangerous corner of the downstairs parking garage. No place to get detergent. Dirt permanently in the bathtub. "Continental Breakfast" is a...
why pay anything ($159 with tax) until they demolish and rebuild this place. Dank is a good word for describing the hallways, elevator, garage and more. If this is the last room in san diego, try Mexico.

The complimentary airport shuttle took a long time to get to the airport. I booked a king, non-smoking room and was given a double bed, smoking room. I tried to check out the same night, but the person at the front desk could barely speak English....
