Horrible
I don't want anyone to suffer liek we did on our stay. The staff was rude. The room was filthy we were afraid to sit on the bed. The remote hade a crd taped to it to keep the bateries in. The toilet overflowed, stink did not drain properly.

We cancelled our reservation and had our cancellation number, but the hotel charged us for our stay when we didn't check in. I called several times with my cancellation number in hand, but they kept telling me that they didn't recognize the cancellation number.
