Horrible
I would advise you to STAY AWAY from this hotel. Hands down this was my worst expereince with any hotel, and I have stayed in many. The staff was apathetic. The first room we were given was still being "cleaned" so we had to go all the way back to...

Nothing fancy here, but a great place to stay.I stayed for a week in deep winter. Not much to do in Buffalo in winter but the people were very friendly and did all they could to make my trip a good one. The rooms are basic, to be expected.Snowed...

Excellent
Though near the airport this is a very quite place to stay. Indoor pool and hot tub usable even in February - great. Staff was wonderful and very helpful, a joy to be with.

I was there for an out of town convention (I was too late to book a room in the town of the convention). They helped me with maps and such to the convention center.
