I liked the friendliness of the front desk clerk. What I disliked was the old feeling of the room. The fitness room had antiquated equipment, and most of it looked broken. The place needs major remodeling.
This hotel made me feel important: It was nice to receive a personal call asking if everything was okay.
I am not likely
to return to the Quality Inn Aiken.
I would not recommend it to friends.
