When I called to confirm my reservation, they told me I didn't have one. Then they charged me for it anyway. They would not refund my money. I went all the way to the owner, Clairene Law, and she would not help. Renie Reed, Assistant Manager, speaks with anger and condescension. Steve Meadows, Manager, thought I was lying and condoned the yelling at customers as doing "what they have to do." Clairene Law, owner, said she was only loyal to employees and not customers. By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered. The company made the mistake and was unwilling in every way to remedy the problem or even apologize for their behavior.
