Staff was very rude and unhelpful, we were never once greeted with a smile or proper greeting, no eye contact..couldn't or just wouldn't give any information on things to to in the area or how we could access anything. room was not clean at all, snot was on the wall by bed, wallpaper was falling off the wall. the toilet would not always flush completely. the hotel was not conveniently located near anything as indicated on web site or as staff said when phoned. I'm usually not one to complain, but never have i experienced such bad service and just a bad hotel all in all. i will not stay at a quality inn ever again or recommend to anyone.
