Horrible
It was quite clean.Overall, it was not a pleasant stay. We could not find a three star hotel in the area that was affordable, so we ended up with this one. It was not a good choice. As senior citizens, we were not happy with having to carry our...

Booked a suite and it was spacious but very worn with broken, battered furniture. Carpet was stained and worn. Found a pair of pajamas from a previous guest on the bathroom door (which would not close completely or latch) and when the sofa bed was opened there were dirty sheets with food items wadded in them. The rooms were very hot in 90 degree heat and the air conditioners had trouble cooling the rooms for more than 5 hours. One of the lamps was missing a bulb and 3 or the lamps were missing their switches so had to be unplugged to turn off(not tied to wall switch). Their "free" internet makes you watch a commercial to use it.
Very expensive place to stay for a low rent motel, at least there were no bugs.

First of all, the hotel is listed on many hotel sites as having a workout facility...it does NOT. Hotel is very dated. Mostly, I was expecting a workout room as reported on Kayak and there wasnt one. Other than that, the hotel is average and just needs a facelift.

Mediocre
Was right off highway.Poor condition & didn't feel safe. The motel was in poor condition, hardly any lights in the parking lot. Sheets on bed were good but the blanket was old & worn out.

Hotel was dated. That is fine building get old, but they don't have to be dirty and broken. This was the most horrible hotel stay I have ever experienced. The carpets were filthy. We had to put towels on the floor before we allowed our five year old to walk on the carpets. A quick inspection showed signs of bed bugs. The bathtub ran water constantly. The microwave didn't work. There was a huge build up of dirt and mold on the bathroom vent. The furniture was torn up and broken. The pillows were flat. There was no do not disturb sign so the housekeeping department couldn't help but knock at five after 8 on a Saturday morning. Forget trying to use the high speed internet. Housekeeping apparently dropped my moisturizer and broke the lid. I wouldn't even stay there for free next time I am in the area. I plan to notify both the franchise and the local health department about my visit. Oh and don't try to get their "free" breakfast you will have to fight your way through the housekeeping department to get any food.
