the guest clerk crystal was very friendly and helpful, was the only thing that made this stay mediocre over poor. The only phone in the hot tub suite was in the bathroom and didn't even ring. Couldn't get another phone in the room. Finally got the kids into bed and the power goes out, but only in our room, have to call from cell phone to desk. Pack up everything and take the kids out with their hair damp still to lobby to wait for manager at 11:00 pm. Manager comes and flips breaker, doesn't apologize for inconvenience of bringing our kids out in the middle of the night or anything, WILL NEVER STAY WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! MANAGER GET SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!!

The hotel was not renovated recently and it seems a bit shabby. Although I reserved a non smoking room, my room had ashtrays and it smelt smoky, but it was the only one they had. The parking lot was very limited.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.
