By far the nicest place to stay in Puerto Penasco. Great sandy beach, no peddlers. Awesome pool and a nice golf course. It's about 20 minutes outside of town so be prepared to drive if you don't want to pay the $26 u.s. for the dinner buffet. Great...

We did not have anyone come to clean our room at all. We had to tell our housekeeping exactly what we needed. They were only willing to offer towels until we told them exactly what we needed.
Then we told the front desk and they said they would take care of it and housekeeping did come by after that, but they still did not give us good service. The place is not very clean at all. The pool, bar, game room is not open. It was not a very pleasant stay!

We checked into the room on 8/1/06. The air conditioner in the room is not working, we went take a shower and the water was only dripping out of the faucet
I called the owner, and he came to our room and checked the A/C and said that it was fine, he said to leave it on for 30 minutes and it will work.
We asked to change rooms, and he refused. I asked for a refund, he refused and said that since I signed the check-in form, I will pay for the room.
Thanks! I paid for two rooms in one night, what a total rip off.
