My son was graduating from boot camp in Great Lakes, IL, and we booked a room at the Best Western. We weren't satisfied and went across the street for $20.00 more a night and it was worth every penny. The bed was firm, the TV was good and it was cle

It's a great place to stay in; I thought it wouldn't be. I was completely stunned as to the care we were given. The Holiday Inn Express in Waukegan, IL, is the best experience I have ever had with any hotel.
They treated us like we were old friends and not customers. They are placing a picture of our son on their wall with other naval graduation students--they do not have to do that. They have a great staff and it's a wonderful place to be.

They had many people staying there who were there to see naval recruits graduate from boot camp. They were happy and excited for us, and congratulated us. I thought this was very nice and made us even happier and more excited!
