The pics on the website give a great impression and look very pleasing. If they were scratch and sniff you would NOT stay here. I came in town with my large family for 4 days and it was AWFUL. The carpet smelled like URINE and other bodily fluids

The hotel staff are the BEST. The hotel is clean and accessible to everything. I was from out of town and was made to feel right at home on a 5 day stay. The housekeeping crew is extra special and pay extra attention to details. I would stay here again when my travels take me in this area in the future and would recommend a stay to anyone who was heading their way.

It was very enjoyable at Holiday Inn Express Chicago-Waukegan (Great Lakes Naval Base). The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was kept up very nice and it was very clean.
