25 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
I stayed here my first night in Morgan Hill. The desk help seemed like he was doing me a HUGE favor signing me in. Not bad, I understand how work stinks after a long day. From there, however, it was interesting. I pre-booked my room online and reserved a room which happened to be handicapped. The desk help tried to convince me that I wouldn't want that room, and instead I should upgrade. Seeing that the parking lot was empty, and it was a Sunday night, I figured maybe. Then I found out it wasn't free, but a significant increase. Getting into the room, I was suprised at how quiet it was which was nice, being that the hotel is located on a road next to community centers. The room was okay. Very aged, and not the cleanest. The bedspread was disgusting, stained, and gross. It was really really gross. The carpet was stained. We used the pool, and it took the desk help 15 minutes to find us extra towels. They were dirty. I guess you really can't expect much more from a cheap hotel, however, we switched hotels the next night for 10 dollars more down the road, and were much happier.
