51 year old female with a moderate budget, traveling for business
The toilet was pretty determined not to flush adequately. The pool was not open early enough for the business traveler. I wished they had kept a better eye on the people with children using the pool. One little girl was grabbing handfuls of dirt and tossing them into the water. The sauna did not heat very well and it had broken boards on the floor. I did not like the country music they played over the loudspeakers.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn.
I might recommend it to friends.

I was given a handicap friendly room, and I am not handicapped. It was a disaster. The pool was closed, the business center is a closet, really, and the computer and printer both had out of order signs on them for more than three weeks. The fitness room was an inexpensive treadmill that didn't work well and an exercise bike from the 1980s.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the Quality Inn.
I would not recommend it to friends.

The pool was stained & very cold, no heat in the rooms, the door locks didn't work, the bathroom flooded constantly, and the wall lamps were hanging by their cords from the wall. The hotel staff was rude & unprofessional, we were treated very poorly! I'd never go back & will suggest no one else does either!
Comfort Inn should be ashamed to have this place as part of their chain. As part of a group of ball players and their families, we had 17 rooms booked for 2 nights and were treated to an experience that soured us on Comfort Inns. Lack of water...
